John Battle MP to Speak At TUC Congress

Next Monday, John Battle MP for Leeds West, will be addressing the Compass Fringe event at TUC Congress.  The meeting will be taking place at 5.45pm at the Jury’s Inn Hotel, Liverpool on the subject of “Inequality Post-Crash: time to rein in the master's of the universe and establish a High Pay Commission?”.  Mr Battle says, “The Government has done well on low pay, but, we need to do more on equality.”  If you would like to register for the event, please visit the Compass website.

This week John Battle MP, also joined the picket line at the Cross Green Depot in support of refuse workers involved in the current industrial action with Leeds City Council.
