The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning

On 25th September, John Battle MP will, again, be supporting The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.  Last year, more than 45,000 people held coffee mornings across the UK and, together with their family, friends and colleagues, raised over £7.5 million.  Macmillan Cancer Support is hoping that this year will be just as successful. 

If you would like to get involved and support Macmillan Cancer Support, there is still time for you to organise your very own coffee morning. 

Holding your own coffee morning is simple and easy...

1. Choose a date. The official day is Friday 25 September, but you can hold it whenever you want really, we'd just love you to do it for Macmillan!

2. Invite your friends and family, or colleagues. Your coffee morning can take place anywhere - at home, work, school, in the park! Why not send invitations by email, Facebook, or text?

3. Pour coffee, brew tea, bake or just buy some cakes and encourage everyone to take part by contributing 15 minutes of their time, their conversation and most of all, a small donation to Macmillan Cancer Support. Whether you raise £20 or £200, make your coffee count.
